Victor Hugo holds a degree in Film from the Federal University of Fluminense. In 2019, he joined Bubbles Project as an executive production assistant, working on films such as “Birthright”, “Malu”, “Puan”, “I Only Rest in the Storm”, among others. He also handled international festival distribution for films such as Julia Murat’s “Rule 34”—winner of the Golden Leopard at Locarno and screened and awarded at more than 50 festivals around the world—and João Cândido Zacharias’s “Birthright.”
Since 2024, he has served as Production Coordinator at Bubbles Project, closely overseeing all projects through their various stages—from development and financing strategies, through production and post-production, to distribution and sales. Alongside Tatiana Leite, he is responsible for the production company’s international operations, working on multiple fronts in co-productions and project positioning.
