Victor Hugo has a degree in Cinema from Universidade Federal Fluminense. In college, he worked on short films as a producer and sound director.
In 2019, he joined Bubbles Project as an executive production assistant, working in films such as “Birthright”, “Malu”, and the short “Romance”, amongst other responsibilities in the company. He also handles the international festival agency of the company’s films, such as Julia Murat’s “Rule 34”, which won the Pardo d’Oro At Locarno and was shown and awarded at over 50 festivais around the world, and “Birthright”, by João Cândido Zacharias.
Since 2024, he works as Production Coordinator at Bubbles Project.
