Two Rivers

On the sands of Copacabana beach, a Portuguese woman with disheveled hair and ungainly walking approaches Joana and changes the course of her days. On the Paris subway, Antonio is carried away by the image of the full-haired Portuguese woman dragging a heavy wagon suitcase inside. This woman, Maria, crosses the paths of Joana and Antonio, twin brothers who share a loss of the past and a secret contained in the waves of Ilha Grande. The same doubt haunts them when they see her leaving in a boat, wrapped in the nocturnal mist of the Corsican sea. Will she come back?
